Merry Christmas and a happy new year from the lose-weight cheap team.

Dear, Clients and readers, the whole team from loseweightcheap wants to wish you are merry Christmas and a happy new year.

And mainly the advanced team here with, (Rick,Roxanne and Michael,) who handles most of the clients and dietary requests globally, wants to thank all the new clients and readers that has trusted us enough to come on board for a life changing weight loss program/fat loss program.

We know that for some of you we are a new experience on the online personal trainer scene.

But for industry folks you know that we have been around globally for over 20 years time.

So we have launched the lose-weightcheap website and program for only a few reasons and that is to reach out and help as many customers/clients as possible world wide who normally would not be able to afford any kind of personal dietary or training plan or a team that is willing to help you reach your goals for a healthy life style and to keep you alive for as long as possible.

But also by doing this helping out homeless animals in the process, that is all close to our hearts.

We will officially launch the online personal training program for clients globally from mid January 2019.

We just got swamped with requests from word to mouth marketing in October and due to our substantially lower cost than regular programs would costs at this level,and 132 clients came in out of the blue from November the first and we still will have room for another 268 new clients in from mid January 2019.

But we have to cap it at 400 clients until June 2019, when we will have another dietitian and one more personal trainer available at loseweight cheap.

So we will use the waiting list system when we are at full capacity client wise.

We will make a pledge to our clients and customers and readers to always keep down the costs of getting high class help from loseweightcheap.

This is the whole idea with the company that we have established this year.

The highly anticipated E-book will come out from us in January.

It will be a shorter E- book between 40-50 pages, we are still revising it to make it very manageable to read several times and really learn all the secrets and trades that we have picked up from helping clients for over 20 years time globally.

And it will be a program that people from all ages and walks of life, with a lot or little fat to lose can incorporate into their weight loss regime FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE.

And it should be a E-book that you can use for the rest of your life, and the science should not be able to change to much from today’s standard 2018, that we feel compered to 20 years ago 1998, when we only new and understood a fraction of what we do know and understand today.

Today the feeling is that we the professionals have a really clear understanding on how to make people lose weight and also how to help people with serious hormonal problems like Insulin and cortisol issues that usually stops weight loss/fat loss in clients that actually do a lot of things right, but is still failing with their weight loss.

We have been able to come up with solutions to keep the insulin and cortisol levels in check, it is not easy, but it is doable with the tools that we use today at loseweight cheap.

So you can look forward to us being very active starting next year 2019, with the amount of content that we will be putting out for you our clients and readers.

So please take care of yourselves during the holidays and to our clients you know that the program allows you to enjoy the holidays with all the food intake that you want.

But please remember the protocol of eating daily to still keep your weight loss going in the right direction which in down,down and down on the scale.

And as always when we speak about weight loss we actually mean fat loss, but the word weight loss resonates better than the word fat loss with people in general.

So that is why we are using the word weight loss.

And the reason we mention this is that some clients have pointed out rightfully so that the weight is not what matter, but the fat % in your body and you fat cells shrinking.

Why you should start taking kickboxing classes!

So let me start by saying that this is one of the most underrated training form out there , when trying to lose weight properly.

And a lot of people are hesitant to give material arts a real try!.

And i really wish up on anybody really trying to lose weight , to give kickboxing at least 6 months.

And after that you can evaluate your results, which normally are amazing.

Based on what we have seen from our clients that we have gotten into kickboxing.

We train with K1 rules so we also use knees, some classes do some dont.

Since our whole program of losing weight cheap is based on finding cheap methods to implement to anybody’s daily life routine for a low cost, here you go with one great suggestion.

So i have personally trained kickboxing for over 25 years time and i try and go  twice a week, which we feel as trainers is a perfect ratio together with training once a week in the gym doing a full-body workout, that we will touch on in another post.

So if you take up kickboxing and you take classes twice a week and then you go once a week to the gym for a full-body work out, then you have three major weight loss session done just by doing these three 1h sessions.

And the only thing on top of these sessions needed is to do the daily cardio which will be a one hour walk in very moderate phase, preferably with a shelter dog or your own dog or your neighbors dog!.

The reason why i suggest kickboxing is that it is very cheap to take up as a training form.

You need one mouth piece/mouth guard ,just for safety reason will run you 5 dollars.

Then you need some gloves and Shinguard’s, CUP if you are a male(very important) and then you dont really need more than wraps if you want to wrap your hands or not.

So if you buy all of this gear new it will run you less than 85 dollars if you opt for generic versions.

You can probably buy used gloves and shinguard for 15-30 dollars and then buy wraps and mouth-guard for 10 dollars new.

So you see the gear is not expensive and then you train in normal shorts and a t-shirt.

Also try and find a cheap class, at a martial arts studio or similar(usually) cheaper than at a full service gym.

And then opt for the beginners class, and in the beginners class all participants are more than welcome and you will see everything from teenagers to elderly people in these classes.

The goal with these classes is to get you a full  1 h of workout together with other people making it more joyful and something to look forward to after work.

Usually we suggest that you schedule yourself A CLASS after  work before you go home to avoid that very usual excuse once you are home, that NO, not today i go on Thursday INSTEAD!.

I have so much to do at home and i dont feel like jumping in the car and going today.

But if you schedule it after work, then you have your training done , and then when you get home you can eat and just take a moderate walk for an hour to clear your head and get yourself into the right mood for a really good nights sleep.

Kickboxing is perfect as a training form since you will be using your whole body and you also loosen up parts of your body by stretching and stretching with an experienced trainer.

It does not matter if you never thrown a punch in your whole life, or never kicked above your waste, you will get the hang of it pretty quickly, i promise!.

The main reason why we recommend kickboxing instead of other material arts forms are that they others usually require more technique and you need to invest more time and money into them, to really get hang of it!.

I know some gyms have boxercise classes, but we still feel that you should opt for a real beginners class in kickboxing with a real kickboxing trainer, it will give you more.

So take one more step to start losing that weight you desire!.

What is lose-weight-cheap?

So welcome to this weight-loss blog that is gonna change your life.

You will be very surprised that you will not have to starve on this program and still be able to cut your weight.

This diet will be very different in the way that you dont have to cut carbs and foods out of your diet.

We will be counting calories and also using protein to get a a good daily fat-burn going, in a combination with daily training which for most people will be preformed in the woods or in the street and i am talking about walking.

Walking is such an underestimated fat burner method and it is also great if you have knee or other joint problems that makes running difficult for you.

So we are not after dropping fluid we are actually targeting the fat loss on its own in a combination to also build a little bit of muscle mass in the process.

So this is not a quick fix and not a muscle mass gaining program and even if you can add muscle on this program, we will go a bit of a different route than a person looking to build muscle would use.

And also how you should train and depending on your capacity and health what you can do to get the best results based on your needs!.

The three main reasons why people dont lose the desired weight they are after!.

So what are they?.

Let me start by saying that the main reasons are that people live a very (normal) life, i dont like the word normal, but it fits here when we talk about weight loss.

So the first reason why people fails is this!, you have a 9-5 or similar job and then you need to spend time with your family and eat with your family.

Or you have other obligations to take care off after work.

So most weight loss programs are way to advanced to follow for Joe the plumber and Mary the school teacher.

What i mean by to advanced is that there are to many special food requirements or supplement requirements, and not to talk about the very often crazy training routines that are a must for more advanced weight loss programs.

People with a 9-5 job or similar just give up the programs, because of their complexity.

Often these weight loss programs are made by personal trainers who train 7 days a week and eat super healthy every day and gets all the nutrition’s in that a well oil body needs.

This is all well and good, but for a (normal person) it will get overwhelming after the first 3-4 weeks time and the client gives up on the program for that reason.

Not being able to eat the same food as the rest of the family taker a toll on you mentally and it breaks the camels back after a while.

This is where lose weight cheap comes in, you will always be able to eat the same foods as your kids or other family members are eating for dinner.

So no need for special foods here.

This weight loss program will be much simpler and cheaper than any other weight loss program on the market.

Because we will use normal well proven methods and we will lose weight as a marathon rather than lose weight as a sprint.

Because the sprint option almost always consist of losing fluids and killing yourself mentally.

The second most common reason for weight loss failure is this!.

THE FINANCIAL ASPECT OF PERSONAL TRAINING AND DIETING!.

This is a very common aspect for normal hard working people or people living on a fixed income.

You just can not afford a personal trainer or an accountability coach or a dietist to help you out with the weight loss that you desire.

Most people simply dont earn enough money to spend 300 dollars a week on personal training and food and sometimes ON borderline ridiculous supplements.

Statistics shows that 47% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck and try and come up with 300 dollars a week for your weight loss is just gonna put you into more debt that you are most likely already in.

So this is also one of those aspects that you will find out with lose weight cheap that we got you covered financially.

This is a well proven and highly advanced, but yet so simple weight loss method, that works on all ages and body types.

Dont get me wrong, if you can like the stars OR high earners afford a personal trainer and a meal program and that kind of stuff, i am not against that in any way shape or form.

Wisely means , stop buying all the crap to keep up with the Joneses, when you dont even like the Joneses.

This is what i mean by keeping up with the Joneses dont buy the miracle pill for weight loss there are no legal pills that helps you with your weight loss and absolutely no miracle pills what so ever.

What you need to do is to buy the right legal supplements that actually works and helps you burn fat in a safe way,if you also eat right and exercise with in reason.

But the financial burden is the second reason people do not lose the desired weight they simply can not afford it!.

Reason number three for weight loss failure is this!, wait for it!.

HUNGER!.

Yes this is the third reason and a really big stumbling block for many trying to lose weight.

People just dont deal well with hunger, they are not used to it and the feeling is awful when you are not used to it!.

Usually you might be able to endure it while you work daytime, but come night time , or in the evening the hunger and the cravings starts to set in.

And the diet goes out the window, just like that.

Welcome to loseweightcheap, this is gonna be a blog and a website about losing weight and losing it cheap!.

This is a well proven Swedish diet program that has been developed by me Rick, a mechanical engineer and personal trainer over the past 17 years time!.

After working on hundreds of clients with pretty much the same results for almost all of them, and them pushing me to share this with you.

I decided why the heck not, so here we are!.

It is important to understand that many personal trainers in Europe are not able to work full time with their profession, because the market is very different than what it is in the US.

That is why there are many personal trainers who art also mechanical engineers, nurses, gym owners and you name it.

So i have mainly worked with pro-Bono clients who many of them have suffered from depression, mental illness and weight problems all of their lives.

Many of them have been refereed to me from the county where i have been volunteering for years with animal shelters and people needing assistance with different matters Pro-Bono.

The one thing almost all of them had in common  was that they where on a smaller fixed income, which made it very difficult to buy high quality foods from type of whole foods shops.

Today we are 2 personal trainers and one dietist, who are responsible for the content on this blog/site.

Our dietist is working in a hospital in LA , with patients who need nutrition to stay alive and to recover from surgeries and serious accidents.

So we blend well together with all aspects of training,dieting and losing that stubborn belly fat that you are after!.

Our second personal trainer works with many artists and others famous people in Europe.

We are gonna keep a low profile with our personal info on this site.

And this is because we want this to be about one of the absolute the hardest thing many people go true with life which is weight loss.

And we want to focus on helping people rather than making our self’s famous on the internet.

We all get by well in our normal business life anyway.

After working with clients for more than 17 years, i know what actually works and what does not when it comes to weight loss!.

We will eliminate hunger feelings in this program and we will use this program for months and years, not weeks.

This program does have one limitation and that is that you will be losing weight is a safe and healthy way, but this will limit the loss to between 4-6 LBS each month!.
